Welcome to Core Frequency! Core Frequency was founded by professionals with backgrounds in Family Life Education, understanding grief systems, and certifications in Ambiguous Loss. Life changes and losses, such as ones health and relationships are inevitable and can disrupt the natural rhythm or "frequency" of our lives. To help individuals navigate these challenges and restore balance, Core Frequency has developed specialized programs designed to guide people through change and help them realign with their core life frequency.
